VᎯ (To-Hi ) It's all about balance
"Life can be hard"....wrong... Life IS hard. Especially if you feel alone on your journey. You deserve support whether you're in the pits of grief, navigating relationships, or a big life change. You are not alone. I am rooted in the Cherokee belief of Tohi. When your body and mind are at peace, or balanced...this is Tohi. It is a state of existence. All things are a balance. When something knocks us off our balance, it can feel impossible to get back up. We are all on a unique journey in life. Everyone deserves a space to explore their TRUE authentic self. A place where your story is safe, CONFIDENTIAL, and supported.
This space is waiting right here just for you.

Dr. Russ Curtis, PhD, LCMHC
Clinician
My work is shaped by years of experience in clinical settings and training future therapists. I rely on proven methods, while also bringing in humor and creative ways to help reach your goals. I welcome anyone who feels unsure of their next step to reach out. You don't have to have it all figured out, you just need a place to start
Brooke Barrett, LCMHC
Administration
I am a Licensed Counselor as well as an enrolled member of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians. I believe there is healing that can be drawn from our indigenous culture and I incorporate that when necessary in therapy. Therapist's are like pants....one size does not fit all. Each person is unique and I find what helps you best feel supported.
